Getting Started On The Road To Growth
Special Edge partners are approved by the Committee of Preschool Education (CPSE) to perform the necessary evaluations that will determine whether delays or disabilities are present, and the services they are eligible for to overcome them.
Early start, early results
We serve young children ages 3-5 who qualify for SEIT (Special Education Itinerant Teacher) services so that they can develop essential life skills.
These highly-individualized education services are fully covered by the Department of Education and designed to help them realize their full cognitive, communication, fine and gross motor, and daily living skills.
The Formative Years
Once a child reaches the age of 5, we work to arrange a successful hearing that will have them approved for SETSS (Special Education Teacher Support Services).

Applied Behavioral Analysis
ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) is a therapy approach growing in popularity for children diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). Often required to be provided by the DOE, we help children qualify and then pair them with expert providers in this revolutionary field.
